We offer a range of doula services designed to empower and support families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with warmth and dedicated care.
Birth Education
Birth education helps families feel informed, supported, and confident as they prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum. Through personalized education, parents gain a better understanding of the birth process, comfort measures, pain management options, newborn care, and what to expect during recovery. Classes and guidance are designed to help families feel empowered to make informed decisions, ask questions, and approach birth with confidence instead of fear. Whether planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, or cesarean, birth education provides the tools and support needed to navigate the journey into parenthood with knowledge and peace of mind.

Birth Support
A birth doula provides continuous physical, emotional, and educational support during pregnancy, labor, and birth. They help families feel calm, confident, and informed while offering comfort measures like breathing techniques, movement, massage, and encouragement during labor.
A doula also supports communication with the care team and helps parents understand their options and birth preferences. Having a doula can reduce anxiety and create a more positive, supported birth experience for both parents.

Postpartum Support/Night Nursing
A postpartum doula provides emotional, physical, and practical support to families after the baby is born. Their role is to help ease the transition into life with a newborn by supporting recovery, newborn care, feeding, and overall family adjustment.
Postpartum doulas assist with infant soothing, feeding support (breastfeeding or bottle feeding), light household tasks, and creating rest opportunities for parents. They also offer reassurance, guidance, and evidence-based information to help families feel more confident and supported during the early weeks at home.
Their care allows parents to rest, heal, and bond with their baby while feeling nurtured and understood during the postpartum period.

Lactation Support
We provide compassionate lactation support to help you and your baby thrive. Whether you need guidance on establishing pumping schedules, achieving an appropriate latch, or overcoming breastfeeding challenges, we’re here to support you every step of the way. Breastfeeding offers countless benefits, including optimal nutrition, enhanced immune protection, and strengthened bonding between parent and child. Our goal is to empower you with personalized guidance, encouragement, and practical solutions to make your breastfeeding journey as smooth and fulfilling as possible.

Placenta Encapsulation
Our placenta encapsulation service includes safe, respectful preparation of your placenta and transformation into easy-to-take capsules. The package includes a consultation, pick-up and delivery (within our service area), encapsulation using your preferred method (Traditional or Raw), and a beautifully labeled jar of your finished capsules. Each placenta typically yields approximately 100 capsules, depending on size and method.
We proudly serve the following hospitals: Newport Hospital (NPT), South County Hospital, Women & Infants Hospital, Saint Luke’s (MA), and Charlton Memorial (MA).
At this time, we are only offering placenta encapsulation in capsule or powdered form.
Please note: I offer a limited number of spots each month to ensure quality and dedicated care. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot, with the remaining balance due at the time of placenta pick-up.
